Joachim Schöffer, Managing Partner of 4cost GmbH, presented the new costing software 4cost-aces/sustain live on stage, that enables users to calculate the carbon footprint of their products, along with the associated costs for the entire life cycle. “Talking to companies shows that the topic of ESG is omnipresent. The biggest challenge at the moment is the sustainability reporting mandated by the EU. This requires an enormous amount of effort to collect the necessary data. Our new software 4cost-aces/sustain supports companies by generating many important key figures on carbon emissions already in the planning and development phases,” explains Mr Schöffer.
The 4cost team would like to thank the speakers and participants as well as the organisers of the Sustainability Congress for the inspiring dialogue.
