4cost Client Roundtable North 2024

This year’s 4cost Client Roundtable North took place in Hanover on 19 September 2024. Once again, corporate clients from various industries were invited to exchange insights on their daily work with the 4cost costing software and discuss solutions to address current challenges.

Joachim Schöffer, Managing Partner of 4cost, and Sebastian Ziemen, Value Engineer at 4cost, hosted the five-hour event. The focus was on best practices for both parametric costing with 4cost-aces and classic bottom-up costing with 4cost-structure.

Special thanks go to Lennart Stabenow, Head of Value Engineering at thyssenkrupp Marine Systems, for the exciting insights into the daily work of his team with the parametric costing of 4cost-aces and its manifold areas of application in the company.

During the event, Mr Schöffer presented the current development status of the upcoming version 4.5 of the 4cost costing software as well as the new software module 4cost-aces/sustain, which will be released in the fourth quarter of this year. “There is no greater praise than the enthusiasm on the faces of our clients when we demonstrate our numerous new developments in the area of calculating carbon emissions along the entire product lifecycle,” summarises Mr Schöffer.
